Retreat to Arizona
Taking place in November 2024, and included in the Explorer’s Club, is a weekend adventure in the Arizona desert, to practice yoga, meditate on the red rocks, indulge in Arizona’s best food + wine, explore cutting edge wellness modalities and spend a few adventurous days with the other Explorers. The Retreat includes all meals and adventures. It does not include lodging.
Daily Meditation
Each day, you’ll receive from me a daily meditation about what’s going on in your world right NOW.It’s a relatable, conversational approach that compels you to find time to relax, prioritize peace of mind, and live in THIS moment.
Daily Mindset Message
5 days a week, you’ll receive a short, 1-3 minute morning mindset message to get your mind in the right place.We’ll have a lively daily dialogue in a private community to form connections with others seeking the brightest path forward.
Connection Circle
Each month, we’ll come together to connect so you can see, meet and get to know the other Explorer Club members.This was one of the biggest asks from previous Explorers and I want to make sure we facilitate connection and community.
Book Club
Every other month, we’ll have a book club meeting to stay connected over books that are both brand new and buzzing in pop culture, but also classic books that always and forever light us up.
